Some simple herbal preparations you can use as home remedy.
1 Dry Skin
- Apply sesame oil or almond oil at night
- Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.
- Ananta, gulab, turmeric and nagarmotha( all in powder form) , make a paste with milk and apply it on the face.
2 Oily Skin
- Take steam
- Apply the pack of neem and lodhra to the face.
- Neem or karanj oil are good for dandruff.
3 Sunburn
- Avoid the sun between 11 am to 3 pm.
- use herbal sunscreen, sun coat, sun glasses while going out.
- Use rose water, aloe vera gel and sandalwood for soothing the skin.
- In general take care of your skin on regular basis.
- Drink lot of water

- Take regular exercise.
